It wasn’t Sarah Palin booed on Dancing With the Stars

Considering how much attention she’s received, it isn’t often that a person might see Sarah Palin booed. It seemed to happen on “Dancing with the Stars”. It could have also been she was in a room where people were booing. Palin attended an episode, as her daughter Bristol Palin is a contestant this season. Bristol Palin is not off to a bad start either. She’s doing fairly nicely on the show so far.

Judges were the objective of boos

Obviously, Sarah Palin has a good reason for being there. Bristol is on “Dancing with the Stars”. During the show, a loud round of booing started following the most judges critiqued the routine from Jennifer Grey, according to USA Today. Throughout the boos, the camera panned down to the judges. However, when zooming in, there sat the most famous also-ran within the world. Even Tom Bergeron, one of the show’s judges, said the boos weren’t for Palin. He insisted, when he was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel’s show, the boos were from the score the panel gave Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough. The audience actually applauded Palin.

By the numbers

Bristol Palin actually did fairly good. She scored a 22. Squarely at the top of the middle range of standing sits Bristol Palin, so she’s safe. There’s a reason why 80s artists like Metallica aren’t on this show, and artists like Michael Bolton are, who scored a grand total of 12, according to the Los Angeles Times. Unfortunately, when a man or a woman does not like someone’s performance, that person gets sent home. That seems to be next in line for Bolton. A score of 21 went to both Rick Fox and Kurt Warner, as the pro athletes on in 2010 are doing well. The next to get the boot could be Florence Henderson, “The Situation,” and Margaret Cho.

So far, so good, who cares?

So far, this season is off to a flying start. Certainly, some things do not help the ratings. One of the most famous state first daughter is one of them. However, it is most likely going to be the fact that “Baby” from “Dirty Dancing” is on the show. Seems like Jennifer Grey has her dance skills nevertheless from filming that iconic role.
